On-Call Child Placement Support Specialist

Texans Together is seeking a Child Watch and Placement Support Specialist to coordinate initial and follow-up placements for children in the SSCC network. You will liaise with foster homes, providers, CPS, and state partners to ensure timely, compliant placement documentation and stability.
