Working together, we respectfully address the comprehensive needs of our patients and their families.About This UnitThe 3rd Floor Orthopedic Surgical Specialty Unit is a 26 bed adult Medical/Surgical unit focuses on patients with an orthopedic diagnosis and was completed in the Fall of 2021. Current employees have praised the balanced work environment, enjoy how the unit is team-oriented and highly effective, as well as appreciate the diversity of experience present in the team.Schedule: This position is 60 hours per pay period, 12 hour night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am), with every third weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).A Brief OverviewThe Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act.
