Distinct neighborhoods featuring brick sidewalks and gas lamps, alongside options for cycling, trolley tours, food tours, and open-air markets, make the area a destination with broad appeal. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site clinic, working Monday through Friday on four 10-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a caseload of up to 16 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions, with a focus on type 2 diabetes, including management with oral diabetes medications, GLP agents, and insulin. Clinicians with at least one year of primary care experience and demonstrated experience managing type 2 diabetes are preferred; those with diabetes specialty experience will be considered for patients with complex diabetes needs. A PA license, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment; board certification is negotiable.
