You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring sound judgment, discretion, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to every challenge.If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.What You'll Do:Employee RelationsServe as the day-to-day HR partner to retail teams, building strong relationships with business leaders and providing proactive HR guidance and support.Provide coaching, counseling, and consultation to leaders and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.Lead and support employee relations investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in partnership with HR leadership, Legal, and Loss Prevention.Support annual performance reviews, mid-year conversations, talent reviews, succession planning, and other talent management initiatives.Partner with Payroll, Total Rewards, Benefits, and other Centers of Expertise to resolve employee inquiries and ensure a seamless employee experience.Support onboarding, background checks, new hire touch bases, new leader assimilation, and temporary employee placement.Manage employee programs and processes, including clothing allowances and immigration/visa coordination.Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend solutions to improve retention and employee engagement.Maintain organizational charts, HR reports, and other workforce data while ensuring HR policies and procedures remain current and compliant.Support companywide HR initiatives, change management, process improvements, training, and special projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Talent AcquisitionPartner with business leaders and HR leadership to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for retail positions.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and pre-employment processes.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key retail roles.Support workforce planning and open-to-hire reporting, providing insights and recommendations to business leaders.You'll Need to Have: Bachelor's degree3+ years of progressive HR experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, Talent Acquisition or related HR functionExperience in handling employee relations issues and dealing with labor lawsExperience with Retail Talent AcquisitionKnowledge and practical application of all HR discipline and practicesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflict.Ability to be analytical and problem solveProficiency in Microsoft Office programsWe'd Love to See:Experience in retail/fashion is highly desirableProactive and solutions orientedStrong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team settingAbility to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentDesire to learn, actively seeking out opportunities to develop business acumenAt Versace, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. xhyhwjd We try to inspire change and growth within each other and believe success is a result that comes from our differences.
