Director of Communications & Marketing

GMA Foundations

GMA seeks a Director of Communications and Marketing to lead the firm’s communications and brand efforts in support of thoughtful, relationship-driven growth. This part time leadership role reports to the Co-Managing Director of Strategy. The Director will shape how GMA shows up in the field by clarifying our voice, strengthening our reputation, and enabling colleagues to represent the firm with confidence and consistency. The Director is responsible for translating strategic priorities into communications and relationship-building practices that increase visibility, deepen connections, and support lead development. The Director collaborates across the firm to strengthen GMA’s outreach and visibility while ensuring clear, consistent messaging and approaches. This is a hands-on role—leading strategy and producing core communications, and supporting the firm’s revenue goals by strengthening GMA’s reputation and relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
