This includes understanding the Bank's growth and profitability objectives, idea-generation, high-level requirements gathering, business case development, gaining executive support and stakeholder management of all impacted teams. This role is accountable for building the value proposition the business wants to deliver and mapping investments required to get there, including formulating strategy, policy and overall direction of
