LOCATION: Eation Rapid, Mi
COMPENSATION: $15.00-18.00 Hourly based on experience
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
SHIFTS/HOURS:
  • 1st shift 6:30am-5:00pm

POSITION OVERVIEW :
Manufacturing Production Worker for a fast growing, fast paced tool and die facility.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities required for qualified individual:
  • Accurately enter, track, and manage vendor bills while maintaining a keen eye for detail
    Ensure timely payments by adhering to bill terms and liaising with vendors for packing slips/invoices
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies as the primary point of contact, keeping them informed of all open positions and requirements
  • Diligently maintain a comprehensive record of all temporary staff, their assigned positions, and hourly wages
  • Expertly handle temporary staff payroll, guaranteeing accuracy and punctuality
    Efficiently perform basic filing duties, organizing and maintaining a well-structured document management system
  • Skillfully type and prepare quotes for various purposes, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail
  • Break down, analyze, and manage monthly credit card statements, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Demonstrate proficiency and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    Required Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, showcasing your ability to excel in this position

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications/Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and one year of manufacturing work experience
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Operate the following equipment:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, showcasing your ability to excel in this position
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, illustrating your technical prowess
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in your work
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to take on challenges and grow in your role
    Compensation:
  • Physical Demands:
  • Physical effort required.
  • Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility.
  • Continuous lifting required - up to 40 lbs.
  • Personal Protective Equipment:
  • Safety Glasses required on the shop floor.
  • Protective gloves and arm sleeves to guard against sharp edges
  • Other protective equipment available in tool crib
  • Work Environment:
  • Work performed on the manufacturing floor and around the facility.
