Remote OT: SNF Telehealth Specialist (MI Licensed)
Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting
Concept Rehab is actively seeking a Michigan-licensed Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth OT services for SNF patients, fully remote in Michigan. The role requires telehealth expertise and SNF experience to evaluate, treat, and document patient care using an established telehealth platform.
We value clinicians who work independently yet collaborate with facility teams, maintain compliant documentation, and adapt plans based on patient progress.
