Requirements Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 12-hour shifts Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Steel-toe boots required; company-issued PPE must be worn Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment Must follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and company safety procedures Job Duties Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Repair and maintain conveyors, production machinery, and other industrial equipment Perform equipment inspections and identify opportunities for process improvements Document maintenance activities and completed repairs Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned Benefits: Strong, steady pay.
