Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) Tuition reimbursement Summary: The Operating Room RN responsibilities include: RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization. RN also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned. For this position, we require a minimum of 2 years RN experience. We strongly prefer at least 1 year Operating Room experience as an RN for consideration. Specific Skills: Clinical skills appropriate to position. Interpersonal skills. Certifications and Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support) RN (Registered Nurse) ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department Preferred Nurse Specialty Education: Associate's Nursing or Nursing Diploma Preferred Bachelor's Nursing Facility: BayCare Health System, Surgery-MPH Location: Morton Plant Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: Yes How often will this team member be working remotely?
