You'll also get to work at a company that cares about your career growth and will help you get the support you need to expand your possibilities.Reports to: Restaurant ManagerPrimary Purpose: Responsible for providing food and beverage service to customers in the Winner's Circle Restaurant or Jockey Club.Responsibilities:Prepare table settings and side stations in assigned area prior lo opening.Greet customers, present menus, inform customers of daily specials or buffet offerings, make suggestions, answer questions and take beverage orders.Process food and beverage orders In POS system.Pick up and serve beverage orders from service bar to customers properly and in a timely manner.Close out guest checks and collect payment from customer.Process vouchers for credit cards and make change for cash transactions.Assist bus staff with stocking, removing and resetting dishes, glassware, flatware, table linens and other related restaurant supplies as needed.Secure stations at end of shift, return all linens, condiments, dishes, glassware and flatware to appropriate areas.Education/Certifications: Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma.
