An established group of cardiologists in the Metro Detroit area is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their collaborative and growing team. This is a full-time, employed position offering comprehensive support and benefits within a large health system serving multiple facilities across the city. Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum cardiothoracic surgical care to adult patients across multiple hospital campuses.Maintain a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, including 1-2 days weekly in outpatient clinic.Perform surgeries and procedures with OR time allocated based on case load and ER consults.Participate in shared weekend and holiday call coverage with a team of two cardiothoracic surgeons, including trauma coverage.Conduct inpatient rounding, including ICU responsibilities, supported by two dedicated CT surgical physician assistants.
