Interior Design Professional — Hybrid Role, LEED Ready

Responsibilities Support project teams through all phases of project delivery, from concept design through construction documentation. Modify and prepare production drawings during the design development phase. Develop solutions to basic technical and design challenges with guidance from Interior Designers and other project team members. Develop interior design concepts, space plans, finish palettes, and design presentations. Prepare interior drawings, details, and schedules using Revit and other design tools. Coordinate interior design elements with architectural, engineering, and consultant teams. Revise and update drawings and documents based on team and client feedback. Correct, update, and maintain design documents in accordance with established standards. Apply firm standards, project requirements, and quality control procedures. Incorporate sustainable design principles into interior design solutions and workplace practices. Maintain a strong commitment to internal collaboration and external client service. May mentor and assist in directing the work of less experienced staff. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program. 2 to 4 years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Sports + Recreation + Entertainment Project Experience preferred. Knowledge of building codes, interior detailing and materials is preferred. LEED credential required within 6 months of employment.
