South Dakota or compact RN license, 2 years L&D experience, BLS, NRP, ACLS preferred certification in inpatient obstetrics, electronic fetal monitoring, or inpatient antepartum preferred. Must care for couplets. Would love a candidate with Level 2 nursery baby experience. IV starts, cervical checks, phlebotomy, magnesium sulfate, blood administration, insulin, circulate C-sections, C-section recovery care. Epic charting. Setting: Hospital. City: Rapid City. State: SD. Trauma Level: Level 2. Teaching Hospital: Yes. Magnet Hospital: Yes. Patient Population: We see all types of pregnant patients in our labor and delivery. We have the only Level 3 NICU in a 350-mile radius, so we accept patients with almost any kind of risk factor or complication. We care for high-risk all the way down to low-intervention laboring patients. Antepartum, OB triage/ED, postpartum, and infants. Uniform: Cobalt Blue – provided by hospital.
