For methodology, please see Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on each client’s potential life and financial needs Qualifications: Must have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients Must have effective relationship management skills Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the financial services industry, is helpful, but not necessary. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey financial concepts. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance and financial services field. Valid driver's license and the use of a vehicle. Benefits: 401(k) with a 4% match.
