As a Licensed Insurance Producer, you will advise clients on property and casualty, life, and health insurance solutions. Reporting to the agency owner, you will conduct needs-based consultations, develop coverage recommendations, and build lasting client relationships through company-provided leads, self-generated prospecting, and referral partnerships. This role includes local client meetings with minimal travel and offers career progression in personal lines.

Responsibilities

• Sell property and casualty, life, and health insurance policies.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare and present accurate insurance quotes.
• Advise clients on coverage options, policy details, and insurance solutions.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify changing coverage needs.
• Generate and qualify leads through company-provided leads, self-generated prospecting, and referral partnerships.
• Maintain client relationships and support policy administration activities.
• Meet with local clients and collaborate closely with the agency owner.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active state insurance producer license.
• Knowledge of insurance products and policy administration.
• Experience with needs-based selling and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to qualify leads and develop referral relationships.
