Multifamily Superintendent - Raleigh

Field Operations Leadership Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion. Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination. Maintain project schedule and milestone deadlines. Coordinate manpower and trade sequencing. Construction Execution Oversee extensive sitework operations. Manage slab-on-grade and podium concrete construction activities. Direct multi-story wood-frame construction. Monitor productivity and project progress. Ensure project quality meets company standards. Team Management Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents. Lead subcontractor meetings. Coordinate closely with Project Management staff. Foster accountability across all trades. Safety & Quality Control Enforce company safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety meetings and inspections. Coordinate inspections and punch-list activities. Ensure compliance with all project specifications. The Successful Applicant Required Experience: Minimum 4+ years as a Superintendent. Proven experience on ground-up multifamily projects. Experience with: Wood-frame construction, Elevated podium concrete construction, Slab-on-grade foundations, Extensive site development work. Ability to lead projects independently. Preferred Experience: Apartment communities exceeding 200 units. Podium and wrap-style multifamily developments. Projects valued at $40M+. Experience managing Assistant Superintendents.
