Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:00 - 06:30)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in relevant field

License: Valid RRT license required

Certifications: BLS, RRT

Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred, experience with adult critical care and emergency department, familiarity with charting systems

Description: This position involves working in a critical access facility. Staff will be expected to float between units as needed. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Block schedules are mandatory. The expected patient ratio is 1:3. Candidates may be required to work at a nearby facility. On-call duties are not required for this position. Candidates should have experience with intubation, extubation, and tracheostomy care. Daily patient encounters are anticipated to be around 10. The unit accommodates various patient age groups, including neonates and adults. Experience in long-term acute care and trauma care is preferred. Charting experience with any system is required. Travel experience is necessary for applicants. All travelers will need to adhere to the facility's scheduling requirements. References are required from previous employment in the last three years. Candidates must be flexible and willing to float to neighboring facilities as needed. Disqualification may occur if candidates refuse to float or are inflexible with scheduled hours. This role does not require COVID-19 vaccination. Flu vaccination status is currently unverified. Compliance documents must be submitted before the start of the assignment. Additional training modules will be required prior to commencement of duties. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive interdisciplinary team environment focused on patient care.
