Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Homecare Pay: $40 - $45 / per hour Schedule: 7 AM - 5 PM / Tuesday's and Thursday's Preferred Experience: G-Tube, Tracheostomy, and Ventilator management. What you'll do

• Provide direct care in the home
• Monitor patient condition
• Administer medications
• Support care plans

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year experience preferred
