divh2Production Supervisor/h2pThe Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations and supervises production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This role coordinates workflow, labor, and materials to maximize productivity while controlling costs and meeting delivery goals./ppIn addition to supervising production activities, the role may perform specialized functions that support the business unit, such as coordinating materials, supporting process improvements, or leading operational initiatives. The position will also have responsibility for safety, environmental compliance, and facility-related activities./ppEssential Duties:/pulliEnsure compliance with environmental, health, safety, quality, and company policies, including Process Safety Management (PSM) required elements./liliSupervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals./liliLead, train, and coach production employees, including performance management and evaluations./liliMonitor production processes and product quality, directing adjustments when necessary./liliMaintain production documentation, reporting, and timekeeping records./li/ulpMaterial Management/pulliPlan and assign work based on production schedules, labor needs, and material availability./liliCoordinate the movement of materials through the production process./liliMonitor inventory through periodic cycle count and inventory adjustment./li/ulpExemplify ITW Great Leadership Characteristics/pulliCollaborate with cross-functional teams including RD, Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving, Customer Service, and Engineering./liliIdentify and support improvements to production processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency./liliPromote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement./li/ulpPerform other duties as assigned./ppQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field or equivalent experience./liliMinimum 4 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience./liliPrior experience leading or supervising production teams preferred./liliExperience in chemical or industrial manufacturing environments preferred./liliFamiliarity with ERP systems (NAV, SAP, or similar)./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Teams)./liliStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills./li/ulpITW is an equal opportunity employer.
