Requirements: Shift Managers in Training will learn to lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager in Training provides leadership to crew and other managers to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to maintain McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping their assigned departments reach goals. As a Shift Manager, you will learn how to complete everyday tasks such as: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training And many more Previous leadership experience is preferred, not required, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
