Location: Versailles, IN (Opportunities for additional hours in Osgood & Lawrenceburg)

*NEW PRN RATES AVAILABLE: Up to $62/hr DOE*

Silver Memories Health Care is seeking a dedicated PRN or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services in Versailles, IN. This role offers the opportunity to help residents regain communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech-language pathology services in line with clinical standards and facility care protocols

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collect data to inform treatment planning

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals

• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy strategies to support daily functioning and continued progress

• Document services accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
