Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Participate in or support low complexity initiatives within Customer Service.
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables.
  • Receive guidance from supervisors while exercising judgment within defined parameters.
  • Provide accurate information to client personnel in Customer Service.
  • Develop understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center roles, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer support tools.
  • Availability to work in-office in Tempe, AZ, with a schedule of three days in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) and WFH on Monday and Friday.
