Day Shift Plant Operator

What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient production. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance activities on plant systems. Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate findings to supervisors. Follow safety procedures, environmental standards, and company policies at all times. Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and operational records. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and maintain industrial equipment. Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment or process issues. Effective communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Capability to work independently and adapt to changing production priorities. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet all applicable job requirements. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
