Primary Care Physician Compensation: Starting at $295K per year Job Type: Monday–Friday, outpatient only, on call rotation. A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Richmond, VA. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting See 8–10 patients per day Oversee care with a dedicated support team Share equal call responsibility Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts Ensure accurate documentation Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit Benefits Competitive compensation package with increases at full panel PTO Generous CME allowance and professional development support Malpractice coverage Health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance options 401(k) with 4% match Full administrative and clinical support, allowing physicians to focus on patient care Collaborative, team-oriented environment.
