Service Project Manager

Service Project Manager – Trane Technologies Trane Technologies in Livonia, MI is hiring a Service Project Manager to join our Service Sales team. You will be responsible for quoting, ordering parts, scheduling service work, and ensuring projects are completed on time with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage service projects from estimate to completion, including scheduling, ordering parts, and billing coordination. Prepare estimates and generate proposals for HVAC service projects. Receive and evaluate subcontractor proposals and coordinate with sales to develop project plans. Communicate with customers, building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and field support staff to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve concerns. Ensure all staff and subcontractors comply with Trane and OSHA safety policies. Travel up to 50% to customer job sites as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in project management, HVAC, or a related field. Experience in contracting, estimating, and managing subcontractors for HVAC installations. Strong computer skills and high organization. Excellent customer‑service orientation. Experience with safety‑sensitive roles and ability to pass additional drug screening if required. Compensation Annual base salary range: $81,800.00 – $168,700.00. Eligible for incentive; not eligible for sales commission. Benefits Health insurance and holistic wellness programs begin on Day One. 401(k) match up to 8% company contribution.
