To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable student to join our team as a Travel Intern. This internship supports the Benefits team and the Leave of Absence team. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, remain organized, and have experience in a fast-paced work environment. The position reports to the Time and Leave Manager.Essential Duties:Assist team members with travel related questionsUpload and review dependent documentationAssist with travel bookings and confirming availabilityUpdate travel webpage as neededJob Qualifications and Competencies:Currently enrolled in an undergraduate programBasic skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and WordAbility to work a minimum of 15 hours per weekAbility to commute to Middletown, PAPreferred Qualifications:Prior work experience in an office environmentPrior experience with travel reservation systemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsWork Environment:Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipmentAbility to work a flexible schedule, if neededNon-exemptPhysical Requirements:Occasional lifting up to 25lbsThe above statements provide a brief description of the general nature of work performed and not intended to be a complete list of responsibilities, duties and skills required for this position.
