PRN | 8hr shifts 7a-3p, 3p-11p & 11p-7a | $19.50-$22/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our progressive care team at Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania. As a PRN CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, focusing on delivering personalized attention and assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities:

• Assists residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and provides emotional support and companionship

• Monitors and reports changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavior to the nursing team

• Assists with mobility and transfers, including use of lift equipment

• Maintains a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to infection control protocols

• Participates in care planning and contributes to the development of individualized care plans

• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination

• PRN CNA duties will be assigned based on the needs of our residents and the facility, with varying shifts and schedules

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for others
