Job Summary HCA Florida Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN to join an independent, physician‑owned private practice in Orlando, Florida. Description Specialization: Obstetrics and Gynecology Qualified Candidates Active and unrestricted Florida License (or ability to obtain a Florida License) Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN New resident graduates welcome Incentive / Benefits Package $50,000 sign‑on bonus Highly competitive base salary (adjustable based on prior experience and certification) Increasing longevity and production‑based bonuses Health Insurance, 401(k) with employer funding and profit sharing, short‑term disability Paid time off and paid holidays Paid malpractice, NICA, Florida licensure, DEA and professional memberships Quality of Life / Work‑Life Balance Low volume, low risk patient panels; number of OB deliveries are capped each month. Limited call: 1:5 home‑based call with hospitalist backup on each unit 24/7 Practice delivers at level 2 NICU hospitals only; high‑risk pregnancies are referred out. Only four clinic days per week with no weekend or late‑night clinic. Two thriving office locations in Winter Park and Lake Nona.
