Leadership Development Professional-Reliability Focus

Our Dodson, LA lumber mill is seeking a Reliability Leadership Development Professional (LDP). This full‑time, salaried exempt training position offers growth potential and an eventual leadership role across our U.S. locations. As an entry‑level leadership developmental role, the LDP will grow leadership skills and general business understanding of the manufacturing processes and operations of a Wood Products mill and related function areas through a detailed 12‑month development plan, including hands‑on learning, operational rotations, and completion of process‑improvement projects. The position reports to the Mill Manager, is part of the Wood Products business in the Southern Lumber Region, and is located in Dodson, LA. Relocation benefits are available. Key Functions Develop safety leadership skills. Complete a structured 12‑month rotation. Lead projects and assignments to promote active learning and contribute to the mill’s performance. Gain exposure to metrics, reliability, and process‑improvement projects. Broad exposure to Timberlands, Raw Materials, Sales, and Finance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or related discipline, or on track to receive a Bachelor’s by end of 2026. Interest in a career focused on manufacturing reliability systems and improvements. Willingness to adapt to a strong safety culture and ensure safe and efficient execution of work. Good judgment in setting priorities and follow‑through in a fast‑paced results‑oriented environment. Strong desire to learn manufacturing processes, develop leadership capabilities, and progress within the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows‑based programs. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Experience/knowledge in project management. Capability to prioritize work activities, assignments, and demands with flexibility to adapt to changes. Strong analytical skills. Ability to develop partnerships and collaborative teaming. Courage to challenge status quo and deliver results. Excellent work ethic, strong time management, and organizational skills. Willingness to relocate for position opportunities and/or cross‑business development. What We Offer Compensation: Salary range $58,800–$88,200 based on skills and experience. Eligible for annual merit increases and an annual incentive program with a target bonus of 5% of base pay. Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
