Overview Part-time and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus. This position is also referral eligible. Join the Family Practice of Jay clinic as an RN Ambulatory, providing compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan while supporting providers with assessment, care coordination, education, and chronic disease management in an outpatient setting. This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, promote wellness, and enhance the patient experience. Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm. This is a full-time, day shift! Qualifications Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction. Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse. We are an equal opportunity employer.
