Salary: $100,000 – $145,000 base (DOE) + benefits

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple stakeholders, and has a strong grasp of budgeting, scheduling, and field coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
• Review and approve contracts, change orders, and invoices
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and bid reviews

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction
• Proven track record managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
