Columbia Mental Health in Washington, DC seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based outpatient therapy for diverse adults and adolescents. Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, individualized treatment planning, and individual, group, and family therapy using CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches. The therapist collaborates with psychiatrists and an interdisciplinary team, monitors risk and safety plans, and maintains accurate, timely documentation.
