Experience: RN with circulating experience; scratch for bonus. Licensure: Nursys license. Charting System: EPIC. Background check: Prime Criminal Background Check. Health: COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap. Exams: Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam, Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening, Prime Color‑blind test, Prime Core Competencies Exam, Prime Skills Checklist, Prime Specialty Exam. Submission documents: Prime Resume, Prime Reference #1, Prime Reference #2, Name Verification Affidavit (optional), Prime OIG, Prime SAM/EPLS, Prime Agency Attestation, Prime Form I-9.
