Production Operator 1

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform reprocessing of product, including parts handling and inspections (mostly visual, some gauging)
• Fill out required paperwork accurately, with attention to detail
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Follow standard operating procedures under direct supervision
• Work effectively within a team, supporting shared goals and objectives
• Make effective decisions relative to position requirements
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Communicate clearly with co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor

Experience Required

• 0 - 5 years (Quality control/inspection background preferred)

• Attention to detail
• Organized and dependable
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read, write, interpret specifications in English; basic math
• Comfortable in a regulated, team-based work environment
• Willingness to work flexible/extended hours
• Minimal computer skills needed (basic email/Teams use)

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Steel-toe shoes required
• No drug screening required
• In-person interview required
• Must be eligible to work in the USA
