Trauma-Informed HIV Care & Housing Case Manager

The Center in Asbury Park is hiring a Case Manager responsible for providing comprehensive, client-centered case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness and living with HIV. This position requires conducting assessments, creating service plans, and linking clients to crucial community resources. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in case management. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.
