Description: The role requires working a night shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Holiday rotation is required every other holiday. The candidate will follow the holiday rotation schedule of current staff members. Candidates must possess certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The RN will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role. Candidates should be prepared to handle complex patient cases typical of an ICU setting. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial due to the dynamic nature of the work environment.
