Who you are: Dishwashers are responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the entire operation. Dishwashers are required to handle multiple daily responsibilities, display an ability and willingness to learn and take direction, and work in a team environment. What you’ll do: As a Prep Cook on our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include preparing ingredients according to established recipes and chef specifications. You'll assist in measuring and portioning ingredients, maintaining an organized and well-stocked kitchen, and supporting the overall efficiency of food preparation. What we need from you: At least 1 year experience in a Dishwasher role in a full-service restaurant Must have current Food Handler and TABC permits Must be flexible with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
