Sarah Jones Ford is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, working with automotive parts, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail, wholesale, and service department customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Accurately identify and source automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems
- Process parts orders, invoices, and returns
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and receiving
- Promote additional products and services when appropriate
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts availability
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-friendly
- Participate in inventory counts and departmental processes
Qualifications
- Automotive parts experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
