Cardiac Electrophysiologist

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) Cardiology is seeking a dynamic and energetic cardiac electrophysiologist to join their comprehensive team across UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, GlenOaks, Hinsdale and La Grange hospitals. This physician will help grow the Electrophysiology team alongside interventional cardiologists, non-invasive cardiologists, and CT surgeons. The role offers a blend of general cardiology and full-spectrum EP responsibilities, including hospital coverage and call rotation. Practice Info Practice full spectrum electrophysiology including pacemakers, ICDs, CRTS, SVT ablation, a fib ablations and VT/PVC ablation Hospital coverage: Hinsdale, La Grange and Bolingbrook Outpatient and Inpatient procedures at Hinsdale Hospital; Inpatient cases only at La Grange and Bolingbrook Hospitals EP procedures in advanced EP lab Responsibilities Help continue to grow our Electrophysiology team in association with our specialists in interventional cardiology, non-invasive cardiology and CT surgeons General cardiology along with EP Share call coverage in rotation with practice partners and other community cardiology physicians EP Physicians participate in General Cardiology call rotation Hospital Rounding, Consults/Admissions, OP Clinic and procedures Compensation Annual Salary: $700,000 - $850,000 Qualifications Board Certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty board certification in Cardiovascular Disease Formal fellowship in Electrophysiology also required High caliber, quality focused, innovative physicians should apply Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential New graduates or experienced physicians welcome to apply Completion of ACGME approved Electrophysiology Fellowship Board Eligible/Board Certified in Electrophysiology Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
