Senior Living Sales Leader & Referrals Champion
The Orchards
The Orchards is seeking a Sales Manager to drive direct sales to healthcare professionals and to lead a sales team across assisted living, skilled nursing, long-term care, and therapy services. You will personally engage HCPs daily to secure referrals and admissions while cross-covering the team when needed. You will mentor the sales team, maintain the CRM, set and achieve targets, and collaborate with marketing, admissions, and operations to optimize the referral process across our Virginia #J-18808-Ljbffr The Orchards
