**Experience Required:** - 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience with at least 2 prior travel contracts - Experience in caring for critical care patients - Ability to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations **Skills and Abilities:** - Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills - Strong team collaboration skills - Clear and timely communication - Ability to escalate concerns appropriately and seek support when needed to ensure patient safety - Experience with EPIC **Certifications and Licensure:** - Nursys (for license verification) - License/Certificate Verification **Professional Requirements:** - Ascension Badge Photo, Ascension Profile, 2 Professional References, Driver's License/State ID - Criminal Background Check Results, 12 Panel Drug Screen, Education Verification, Confirmation of Assignment, Employment Verification **Health Requirements:** - Color Vision, Fit Test, MMR, Hepatitis B, Health Statement, Varicella, Tdap - Optional: Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire **Testing and Checklists:** - Ascension Core Competencies, EKG Exam, Unit Specific Checklist, Epic Test-Out, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam **Other Requirements:** - May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
