Senior Electrical Project ManagerHartford, CTSchedule: Full time, hybrid (on site and in office)Compensation: $125,000 to $160,000 This is an opportunity to join an established electrical contractor to lead complex electrical construction projects across commercial, healthcare, and industrial facilities. The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and leading project teams through delivery.What You'll DoThis role manages all phases of electrical construction projects, from budgeting and pre-construction through closeout, and leads project teams including engineers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. The project manager oversees electrical system installations such as UPS systems, emergency power, fire alarm systems, data networking, and communication wiring, and works across regulated environments including healthcare facilities, chemical plants, and data centers. Typical projects include commercial fit-outs, hospitals and healthcare facilities, medical office buildings, assisted living facilities, data centers, and chemical plants. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships and working within design/build project delivery methods.Required QualificationsExperience in the electrical construction industry (not general construction)Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale electrical construction projectsStrong portfolio of commercial, healthcare, institutional, and industrial projectsUnderstanding of design/build project delivery methodsStrong communication and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsBackground as an Electrical Project Manager or MEP Project ManagerExperience managing UPS systems and emergency power generatorsExperience with fire alarm system installationsExperience in regulated environments such as healthcare or chemical plantsCompensation and BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance 401k Paid time offTo apply, please submit your resume.
