Join our healthcare partner as a Respiratory Therapist, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients. Your expertise will help develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring patients receive the best possible outcomes. You'll collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and provide patient education, making a significant impact on their health and well-being.

• Systematically gather and evaluate patient information to develop appropriate care plans
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and oxygen therapy
• Measure and administer correct medication dosages per physician's orders
• Perform Pulmonary Function tests and EKGs following ATS Standards
• Set up and assess mechanical ventilators, including BIPAP and CPAP units
• Provide patient education on cardiopulmonary medication and equipment
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and delegate tasks when appropriate
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Graduate of a CoARC approved Respiratory Therapy program
• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (R.R.T.) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (or eligible)
• Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist by the State of Massachusetts
• ACLS, NRP, and PALS required or obtained within 6 months of hire
• Basic computer skills required
