Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1)
Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Dallas, TX facility. This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on mechanical experience. Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments. Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply.
Schedule & Pay
- $19 - 23/hr + shift premium
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm; shift premium $1.25/hr
- 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am; shift premium $1.50/hr
- Training on 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Monday-Friday; overtime and Saturdays as needed

What You'll Do
- Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
- Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
- Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.
- Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 55 lbs.
- Comfortable working around high-speed production equipment, noise, and manufacturing materials.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain alert throughout the shift.
