The Construction Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving new customer acquisition and supporting retention within the construction industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this position involves a majority of fieldwork visiting construction sites to connect with potential clients and foster strong relationships. The role leverages industry-specific sales tools and CRM software, such as Salesforce, to effectively manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads to expand client base
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in construction sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of construction industry
- Familiarity with sales techniques and negotiation
- Strong communication and time management skills
