Job Skills / Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is hiring for a Full-Time Security Site Supervisor in the Hopedale, MA area. This position offers a pay rate of $26.00/hr - paid weekly . Responsibilities: Managing a team with scheduling and payroll Conduct scheduled building patrols throughout your assigned shift Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Provide general assistance and respond to requests in person or by phone. Receive high‑value merchandise and validate condition/accuracy. Skills & Experiences: Successful experience in a security warehouse. Must have Supervisor experience Access control software experience is a plus. Strong work ethic, self‑motivated, and works with limited direction. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher. Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States. Must submit to a pre‑employment drug test. Must submit to a background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable. A Security Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
