We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Territory Sales Manager. What you will need Knowledge of HVAC/appliance equipment and equipment functions. Knowledge of A2L and anunderstanding of the transition to A2L (low-flammability) refrigerants. Knowledge of codes and laws regarding HVAC/appliance installations in all areas. Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written English language skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook). High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college recommended. EPA Certification. You must have a valid driver's license. How you will make an Impact Enter all install orders and track their progress within the system. Ensure accurate monitoring of all install orders for designated areas. Coordinate installation schedules with internal teams. Supervise and optimize workflow to identify and address any slowdowns, enhancing overall installation efficiency. Collaborate closely with all teams, providing field training alongside TSMs (Territory Sales Managers) and gathering customer requirements through service interactions or installations. Act as the primary liaison between the Install Team, TSMs, and installers in each market. Seek qualified installers to provide coverage and support in the markets where we operate. Manage TSM'sand their install projects. Work closely with vendors and upper management such as VP’s and RVP’s.
