Job Responsibilities

Calls out, assembles and verifies food orders in kitchen resulting in fast service by performing the following duties.

Removes orders from printer, places on rail, at kitchen service counter.

Reviews order for accuracy. Communicates with Food and Beverage supervisor via radio.

Examines portioning and garnishing of completed food order.

Assembles order in "ready fire" manner. Hands off assembled orders to waiting runners in a first up manner.

Follows all health and safety regulations with food handling, time and temperature.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
• Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.
• Clear fingerprinting/background check.
