Create content and post regularly to school social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), assist with light analytics (reach, engagement). Support bulk email communication efforts and directory/list submissions. Organize photo assets, including tagging and updating SmugMug and other photo asset storage platforms. Support on-campus photo shoots and assist contracted photographers as needed. Attend on-campus events (masses, student performances and assemblies, socials, etc.) to capture photography and video for internal and external communications/storytelling (as schedule allows). Assist in onsite and offsite printing as needed. Provide editing and proofreading support for Marketing & Communications projects. Partner in maintaining and organizing marketing and brand assets, including Spirit Store inventory as assigned. Schedule and Modality December–April (primarily virtual); on-campus support may be requested periodically.
